Directions Apartments

The Directions Apartments Portfolio includes 106 Subsidized units spread from Old Louisville to the West End of Louisville on eleven sites.
On those sites, the unit sizes vary from one to three bedrooms. 
 These units are income restricted to 80% of Louisville's Area Median Income. 
               Meaning, applicant households that include a single occupant must not earn more than: $54,000 during 2024.
               A household of two must not earn more than $61,700. 
               A household of three must not earn more than $69,400. 
               And so on. 
There are additional requirements and restrictions to qualify.
As with all New Directions housing units,:
   Applicants and all occupants must provide: Valid Photo Identification, Social Security Card, Proof of Income and additional verification documents. 
A housing application must be completed, all information given, confirmed and appropriate documentation provided.  
A background screening will be conducted at no cost to the applicant.
Once reviewed, you will be put onto a wait list while a unit is made ready for occupancy.
Units are in high demand due to the' Income Based' rent. 
Applicants' position on the wait list may change and some may be given priority due to circumstances as required by Housing and Urban Development.
